 *By Purchasing a Lions Mane Rabbitry Bunny you Agree To My Sales Policy wether or not you read them**

Lions Mane Rabbitry (LMR) Bunnies will be ready to go to their new home no sooner then 8 weeks old to ensure they are fully weaned. Due to focusing on the SOP and breeding for our show lines they will likely not be available until evaluations are done. So keep an eye on the Available Bunnies Section! 

*We will no longer have 6 week old reservations Due to this*

We require a 50% non refundable deposit before we can hold your bunny for pick up arrangements *bunny is not technically sold until deposit is recieved. the remaining 50% is due prior to the bunny leaving us. 

cash or E-transfer are our accepted methods of payment. 

**LMR reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale at anytime for any reason, which at the time we will refund any deposits immediately**

Your bunny will come with a homing package Breeder or Pet which includes: 

- hay and pellets for transitioning 

- Buntastic young bunny safe treat 

- Buntastic Chew Toy and apple stick tosser (at this time toys are unavailable)

- care sheet 

- pet or breeder contract you must agree to & sign the Day Of pick up or emailed and returned before day of pick up. 

- Birth Certificate

- 24/7 contact with any questions you have. 

You are responsible to research breed of bunny you are purchasing and getting all supplies ready.

However you can always message or email me any time with questions you have.

We offer 24/7 communication when you purchase a bunny from us. 

Please bring a safe way to transport your bunny from here or meeting place. 

At the time of the sale, LMR guarantees the complete health of our bunnies being sold for 48 Hrs, to the best of our knowledge. 

We triple check genders before allowing our buns to hop off from our rabbitry, However we can not guarantee we can get it correct every time. 

in the situation the bunny is the wrong gender, please contact me and we will work something out with the best interest of you and the bunny in mind. 

if at any time you need to re-home your bunny/ies. LMR will absolutely take the bunny back no questions asked. We ask you not to rehome or send our bunnies to a shelter. They will ALWAYS have a home here. Refunds will not be given in this event. 

- No Wire Cages. 

-You are not to breed a rabbit from us that is under a pet only contract. ZERO BREEDING RIGHTS

- the responsibility/cost//decision to spay Neuter a LMR Bunny is up to the new owner.  

- We DO NOT support Over Breeding OR Cross Breeding 

- no matter the reason you purchase an LMR Bunny for pet or breeding they must live a happy healthy well loved life. Enjoy your bunny and love them endlessly.

What that means is no more meeting our bunnies in person, because of transmittable problems that come with it and not knowing until it happens and it's too late. 

From this day moving forward we would prefer all visitors who are picking up a bunny to either :

- Wait at the end of the drive way to recieve your bunny.

- We can't allow people to come in to our fenced in bunny area or inside our home where my rabbitry resides at this time due to the risk of bringing in Illness/deseases from your shoes/clothing. 

- meet at a desired area we agree on on pick up date. 

- for your convenience and for you to know how we house are bunnies I'd gladly send you pictures aswell as pictures of the bunnies day of before purchasing. 

I apologize for this change. We always enjoyed sharing and showing each of our bunnies to anyone and everyone!

But my decision is solely based for the best possible health for my bunnies. ❤️
