THE BASICS ON LITTER TRAINING YOUR BUNNY 

Litter Training is pretty simple once you bring your bunny home or if you are just needing some help on your own long time bunny friend ❤️
We at Lions Mane Rabbitry have all litter trained bunnies mom's help teach the littles from early on to use litter pan here. But here are some simple steps for any bunny owner to get on the right track! 
Starting them off in a smaller area helps alot use a Rubbermaid bin or wash basin type bin our go to is cat litter boxes as well the larger ones, with either shavings, Straw, hay or I've just welcomed in Pelletized bedding which is the easiest to keep clean and keep oder down.( you can put down a layer of straw or hay just so it's a little softer to sit on) . Be sure to wipe up any pees and sweep up poos it's especially important to keep it clean and tidy in the beginning of them learning where to go and be sure to keep there area clean of hay where they might try to pee on the hay instead of in the bin. 
Gradually you can make their area larger as they get the hang of where their potty is. 
Biggest thing is, sometimes bunnies choose their potty spot if you notice them going alot in a specific area (e.i corner normally) be sure to put there litter pan exactly there and typically they figure it out all right away!
