🌹We love to get to know the families that are adopting our L.M.R bunnies it helps us a ton! Homing day is hard as it is, so it brings us joy knowing where our bunnies will be heading 🥰 so don't be shy tell us a bit about yourselves, we also LOVE updates on our little bunnies, always brings so much smiles to see how they have grown and how they are doing! ❤️🥰 we love hearing about the stories!🤗 ❤️

🌹 All of our L.M.R bunnies are raised in a family environment.
🥀 We only will ever use solid flooring and ask the same when they leave our care. We work hard as well as our lovely mommas here at the Rabbitry to litter train to the best as we can. If you have any questions on how to litter train your new L.M.R bunny just send us a message ❤️
✴️🥀We can't always guarantee a litter trained bunny right away, alot of factors and adjusting in to the new home is important ✴️patience as your new bunny settles in to his/hers new environment 🥀✴️

🌹Bunnies are up for reservation by 6 weeks old unless otherwise stated.
🥀Not first come first serve, we have the right to refuse a sale, As we see fit for our bunnies.
🥀Our bunnies  do not leave us NO sooner then 8 weeks of age.
🥀We require a 50% non refundable deposit. If in the event anything happens in our care with us , we will refund the deposit.

🌹Our bunnies are adoptable to families and Responsible Breeders.

🌹All L.M.R  bunnies come with a homing package which Includes:
Transitioning Pellets and Hay and how to safely transition your L.M.R bunny to your new food ❤️
A Brand New Buntastic* Toy, and Apple Stick Tosser, young bunny friendly Buntastic*Treat package.
Birth Certificate, Bunny Care Sheet and Contract.

🌹Pet Home Contracts-
🥀48 hr health guarantee,
🥀 Your L.M.R bunny has NO Breeding Rights
🥀Spaying and neutering is up to new bunny owners
🥀 24/7 contact with us with any questions you have

🌹 Breeding Contracts-
🥀Bunnies must be kept on solid flooring NO wire bottom cages non negotiable.
🥀 50% of your homing fee when sent PROOF of your L.M.R bunny(s) spay/ Neuter at The age of *FOUR MONTHS ONLY* will be refunded along with breeding fee.
🥀 Your L.M.R bunny must live a happy, Healthy Loved Life Regardless of your L.M.R Breeding Purposes.

🥀In the Event you Must rehome your L.M.R bunny(s) for any reason, your L.M.R bunny MUST be returned to our care.

🥀L.M.R does not support over breeding.
